Ford Carwash

There were some hard to remove marks on my car that the car wash couldn’t remove. However an employee came out and cleaned those spots off by hand no extra charge. Excellent experience and highly recommend!

Very disappointing experience. The service was rushed and the quality of the wash did not match the price at all. My car still had dirt and streaks after they were finished, which defeats the whole purpose of paying for a car wash. The staff also didn’t seem very attentive or customer-focused. Overall it felt like they were just trying to move cars through as quickly as possible rather than doing a good job. I won’t be returning and would recommend looking elsewhere.

Very disappointing! yesterday I took my car to the carwash and the machines inside broke my side-mirror. I spoke with the employee that works there and he claims it was already broken! I think i would know if my mirror is broken since it was literally dangling and wont even close anymore! They should warn their customers before entering that their machines are rough and might break sidemirrors rather than just letting us in and blaming customers. never going back !

This Car Wash delivers outstanding service from start to finish. Their customer service team is friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The degree of cleaning you get from their advanced in-bay wash technology is exceptional, the attendants who hand-spray your car don’t miss a single spot, and the interior machines leave everything spotless. Their monthly plans are incredibly affordable and offer real value, and even the single-wash price is the best in town for what you receive. Powerful vacuums are included with the subscription, and the license-plate recognition system opens the gate automatically so you never have to roll down your window. Highly recommended.

After trying several car wash locations across Wayne County, I can confidently say this place ( Ford Car wash) is hands-down the best From the moment I pulled in, I was welcomed with friendly smiles, respectful service, and genuine professionalism The owner and staff went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. They treated my vehicle with care, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I left completely satisfied. You can tell they **take pride in their work and truly care about their customers’ experience. What stood out the most was how personable and community-driven** they are. They’re not just running a business—they’re building a name based on **hard work, reputation, and loyalty*l That kind of dedication deserves recognition. I’m proud to say they’ve earned a **loyal customer starting today**. I highly recommend this car wash to anyone who values quality, honesty, and top-tier service. It's a great feeling to support a business that gives its all.
